A shared reaction library you can search by what things look like, not what the file was called.
The browser version searches and copies links like the app; the download adds the global hotkey and paste-in-place.

An AppImage is a single file that runs anywhere — but Linux will not run
a downloaded file until you say so:
right-click → Properties → allow executing, or
chmod +x it. Auto-paste is Windows-only for now; on Linux
Enter copies the link and you paste it yourself.
Windows will warn that the app is unrecognised the first time (More info → Run anyway). That is SmartScreen noticing the installer is not from a big publisher, not a problem with the download — every build is signed and verified against its own key before installing.
